Well, we weren't lucky enough to see whales on this trip.  Yes, we looked and looked hard!  They just didn't cooperate.  We did, however, get to snorkel with a pod of wild dolphins that appeared beside the Juliet while we laid at anchor.  What an incredible rush that was!  The water in Turks and Caicos is incredibly clear and we encountered a vast array or creatures that always raise your pulse rate.  We dove with Caribbean Reef Sharks, Spotted Eagle Rays, Sea Turtles, Spotted Bottlenose Dolphins, and Squid.  Of course, we spotted all the regular reef club regulars.  So, other than the fact that we didn’t encounter our whales, the diving was awesome!  There’s a lot to be said for our surface intervals too.  Even though we were making four dives each day, you can’t stay in the water all the time.  As always, the food on the Juliet was second to none!  One of our fellow travelers has been on several of the big cruise ships.  His opinion was the food, on the Juliet, was of better quality and tasted better than that served by any of the cruise lines.  Sure, they give you an incredible variety, but the food Rusty whipped up out of that tiny galley was out of this world.  And it was included in the price!!  So was the French wine we enjoyed about every evening with our dinner.  When was the last time you sat and watched the sunset?  Several nights we would carve out a good vantage point, grab a glass of wine, and toast the sunset.  Folks, these were some of the most incredible displays of color you can imagine.  They would continue to impress long after the big ball melted into the water.  Check out the pictures in the photo gallery and see for yourself.

I have the Juliet chartered again this November, but it’s already filled.  I guess word is out about this phenomenal boat and crew.  If any of you think you might like to take a trip on the Juliet, drop me a line.  If there’s a large enough group wanting to go, I’d be happy to put together another charter or I might be able to get you on someone else’s.

I’ll be adding trip comments from our fellow passengers as they are sent to me.
